The fresh lemon and garlic flavours alongside a blast of chilli make for a highly addictive sauce.  Beautiful when smothered on chicken and baked.  Don’t forget the sauce in the bottom of the dish – it’s delicious.

For those who don’t want the heat, mix with some unsweetened plain yoghurt.
