Single origin coffee from Chanchamayo, Peru. Shade-grown 1500 meters above sea level, cultivated in rich soil and bird friendly plantations.

Variety: Geisha is an heirloom variety which loves organic growing conditions. The beans are sun-dried to get all richness from the coffee
Roast: Light-Medium Roast
Roaster’s notes: Filter, plunger (any soft brew method) and cold brew coffee. Jasmine aroma. Sweet plum, strawberry and honey flavour. Sweet citrus aftertaste.
