Sourced from Ethiopia, India and Peru. The shade-grown Peru coffee is cultivated at 1600-1900 meters above sea level in Central Peru. The shade-grown Indian coffee is cultivated in Kerala at 800-1200 meters above sea level. The shade-grown Ethiopian coffee is cultivated in Oromia at 1600 -2000 meters above sea level.

Variety: A mélange of rare robusta tempered with mild citrus-like Peru Arabica varieties and topped with sweet Ethiopian Yirgacheffe.
Roast: Medium-Dark Roast
Roaster’s notes: A strong Italian-styled espresso coffee for any preparation. Rich caramel flavour with hints of dark chocolate, Bold and lively aftertaste without bitterness or acidity.
