Great ketchup based on our highly popular Beetroot & Orange Chutney but with more of a kick.
Ingredients:
Beetroot (27%), Apple, Pear, Sugar, Onion, Red Wine Vinegar (red wine, preservative (223-sulphites)), Orange (6%), Mustard Seeds, Spices, Cayenne Pepper, Seasoning

Use on a burger
As a side
Hotdogs
Use as a marinade for red meat or chicken
Blend ketchup with soy sauce, sesame oil and sherry to make a sweet glaze for a tofu-mushroom salad
Add to sandwiches or pies
Instead of the usual tomato sauce, simmer meatballs Southern-style in a mixture of ketchup, currant jelly and Worcestershire sauce
